𝐃𝐄𝐏𝐎𝐒𝐈𝐓𝐒 : A $15 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required upon booking. The deposit goes towards the service. The remaining balance is due on the day of your service CASH/CARD ONLY ! 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐂𝐇𝐄𝐃𝐔𝐋𝐈𝐍𝐆 : A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to reschedule your appointment without ANY penalties. Failure to do so will result in a forfeit of the deposit. You may book a new appointment with a new deposit. 𝐑𝐄𝐅𝐔𝐍𝐃𝐒 : No refunds on any services or products. However, we do offer a 2 day grace period to come in for touch-ups if needed. 𝐆𝐑𝐀𝐂𝐄 𝐏𝐄𝐑𝐈𝐎𝐃 : There is a 10 minute grace period. If you are more than 10 minutes late, the appointment will be cancelled and will result in a foreit of your deposit as well as a 50% cancellation/no show fee. 𝐑𝐄𝐅𝐈𝐋𝐋 𝐏𝐎𝐋𝐈𝐂𝐘 : Anything less than 40% of lashes remaining after outgrown removal, will be charged as a Full Set. I do not offer refills from other lash techs. If you are a new client, and are coming from another tech, please be sure to schedule a Removal/Full Set. 𝐅𝐎𝐑𝐄𝐈𝐆𝐍 - 𝐑𝐄𝐅𝐈𝐋𝐋 𝐏𝐎𝐋𝐈𝐂𝐘 : If you would like to proceed as a FOREIGN FILL, please let it be known that I must first assess the quality of the work done on your lashes before I can proceed with the refill. If I find that the quality does not fit our standards : * Isolated extensions * Minimal adhesive * Proper extension size * Proper Aftercare * Quality of the fibers themselves then the foreign fill MAY change into a full removal and full set instead !
